Which countries do you deliver from the French online store?

Inside France, we deliver to the whole metropolis.

Outside France, we do offer delivery worldwide from Japan to the US.

How much are the delivery costs?

In France, delivery costs are 5.80€ all year round by choosing standard delivery

(If you wish to receive your order faster, the Express delivery costs amount to 6€)

Outside France, delivery costs are around 14€ to 50€ depends on the size of your package and your delivery address.

What are your deliver methods?

We use Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, and more depending on your requirements.

Order

When do I receive my order?

  • The delivery of your order will be made within 2 to 3 working days (taking longer for any orders outside France) after its confirmation. This time includes the preparation and delivery of your order.

How do I correct an error on my delivery address?

  • Your order is taken into account when you see it appear in your KimikoCraft customer account, section "my orders" with the status "in preparation".

How will my package be made?

  • Your package is prepared with the greatest care to guarantee you the ideal experience.
  • Like our boutiques, your products will be wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a sturdy carton box.

We offers several payment methods:

Return & Reimbursement Policy

Are exchanges/returns possible?

  • No returns will be accepted
  • We do not exchange via our Online Store. Any return will be subject to a refund.

Are return costs funded?

  • We slip into your order a prepaid label valid for 30 days, this way, if your part does not suit you, you have the possibility of returning it to us for free.
