The entire bottle has a forward lean because of it's shape and the bottle wobbles a little on a flat surface It is in no immediate danger of falling over on it's own, but we recommend adding some pads to the base or filling the bottle with something heavy to keep it stable. It is missing the original rubber seal for the cat head stopper, and although it is no longer airtight it still looks good and works fine as a decorative bottle. We have cleaned and inspected this piece and found not major damages or defects.
